Morgan Bonnet, the agency’s director, is extremely efficient, very informative, very clear, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He’s punctual and does everything he says he’ll do when he says he’ll do it—a rare quality. I had lined up three agencies to speak with before making a decision, and I started with Immo2gether because I liked the look and feel of their website and their reviews. My first call with Morgan convinced me to work with his agency, and I haven’t regretted it for a moment. We had already signed the agency contract, toured the apartment, and Morgan had sent me his report when my tenant made a firm offer that I accepted. Morgan handled the situation with grace and poise. When my tenant was forced to withdraw her offer one month later, Morgan stepped right back in and organized the photo shoot and listings at lightning speed. Since viewings began while Morgan was out of the country, one of his agents took over, and despite it being a less desirable time of year, I accepted a firm offer at my asking price within a week. The selling price Morgan recommended was spot on based on the other sources I consulted. Morgan remained actively involved until the very end to help with the “compromis,” the necessary documentation, and questions from the buyer and the notary. To sum up, my experience with Immo2gether has been 100% positive from start to finish, which, in my experience, is very, very, very unusual.
